The GSSC (Greater Sudbury Soccer Club) U15 Impact Boys have now meandered their way through three rounds of Ontario Cup play, rewarded with a home game this coming Saturday.
In late June, the Sudbury side took on Toronto High Park, on the road, returning home a very happy crew following a 2-0 win on goals from Papa Amofa and Sam Lazare.
Last Saturday, the Impact eliminated Mississauga FC, also on the road, also with a 2-0 win as Sam Lazare and Ilyias Sambo drilled home tallies with Sebastian Gonzalez earning the clean sheet.
Round four play finds the GSSC reps with tackle their toughest test yet, pitted opposite FC Toronto for a 1:00 p.m. match on July 12th at Queen's Athletic Field.
It will be a busy weekend for the boys as they play again on Sunday at 3:00 p.m., their clash with Barrie SC marking the start of the next phase of their iModel schedule.
