The Sudbury Wolves have inked a pair of prospects from the recent 2025 OHL Entry Draft, getting pen to paper with forwards Parker Smith and Kingston Harris.
A second round pick selected 38th overall, Parker Smith enjoyed a highly productive year with the Waterloo U16 AAA Wolves, racking up 44 points in 28 regular season games and looking even more impressive in the post-season, averaging more than a goal a game in six outings.
A 5'10" forward, Smith suited up for a pair of games as a call-up with the Cambridge Redhawks (GOJHL) after participating in the OHL Cup with the Waterloo Wolves, his organization of choice for the past three years.
A sixth round pick out of the storied Toronto Marlboros organization, Kingston Harris parlayed a very strong showing at the recent Prospects Camp (leading the event in scoring) into a contract offer from the Wolves.
A 6'0" forward from the Burlington/Oakville area, Harris has spent the past few years in the GTHL, amassing 37 points in 30 games with the Marlies in 2024-2025.
A noteworthy talent from an early age, Harris racked up nine points in six games (including six goals) as a member of the Toronto Bulldogs youth team that competed at the Brick Invitational in the 2018-2019 season.
In other news, the 2025-2026 OHL schedule has been released, with the Wolves opening at home on September 19th (versus the North Bay Battalion) before playing four straight on the road from the 21st to the 27th, starting with the Niagara Ice Dogs and closing out September with the Brampton Bulldogs.
