Competing at the Canadian Junior Cup being hosted at the Oshawa Curling Club this week, Team Croisier (Bella Croisier, Piper Croisier, Dominique Vivier, Celeste Gauthier) stand at the very top of the 12-team U21 Women's field following pool play.

The Curl Sudbury representatives posted a 3-0 record these past two days with victories over Grace Cave from the High Park Club in Toronto (4-3), Jenny Madden of the Rideau Curling Club in Ottawa (7-6) and Meaghan Mallett from the Dixie Curling Club in Mississauga (7-5).

Only Charlotte Johnston (Barrie Curling Club) managed to match the 3-0 mark posted by the Sudbury quartet, who now must await results from various tie-breaker games to see who they will play in the quarter-finals on Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m.

Semi-finals will follow in the afternoon (2:00 p.m.), with gold medal encounters set for 5:30 p.m. as the event which brings together a U18 women's division (5 teams), U18 men's (6) and a U21 men's bracket (8) wraps up play in the bonspiel that is part of the Junior Curling Tour of Ontario.
