Back to back one goal losses to the Keiser University Seahawks (#4) spelled the end of the line for local lacrosse standout Riley Roy and the Webber International University Warriors (#7).

Completing his first year of the Sport Business Management program, Roy would see his team drop a 13-12 decision to the Seahawks a week ago Saturday, on Seniors Day, as Webber wrapped up regular season play in the AAC (Appalachian Athletic Conference).

Friday night in West Palm Beach, it was equally as close, but once again, Keiser would prevail, this time by a final count of 9-8.

After playing field lacrosse for a couple of years with the Laurentian Voyageurs, Roy made the move State-side to pursue his studies, scoring once this year (late January versus the Taylor University Trojans).

The Lockerby Composite graduate would appear in 15 games this year at Webber International, earning four starts along the way.
