1.
How long have you been involved in sports?
6 years
competitively, 8 years total
2. What is your most
memorable moment in sport?
I don’t have just one

internationally and around you on your team motivates you to train
harder.
3. What is your most
embarrassing moment in sport?
I swam a
100 free during my second or third year in competitive with my on dck
shorts on and they fell off when I dove in and sunk to the bottom so
people though that I didn’t have a bathing suit on.
4. What is the best
part about playing sports at Laurentian University?
I think
the best part is the training group you are with as they help to keep
you motivated when it is hard to come by as swimmers do some of the
most grueling training schedules of all varsity athletes.
5. What is a typical
game-day like for you, starting when you wake up?
I just try
and docus on what I want to accomplish at this specific competition
and using the ability I have to complete my goals I personally set for
myself.
6. Are you
superstitious in regards to sports? If so, how so?
I don’t
really have superstitions but I do have a fairly specific routine that
I follow like an order that I go through before a race. So I’ll
typically put my cap on at a certain time before my race starts, then
put my goggles on at a later time and then make sure I keep my body
constantly moving before the race so that my muscles don’t get cold
and my heart rate stays fairly high.

the night before I swim
8. You love swimming
because…
it is competitive if

Only swim
because you love it at the university level if don’t have the drive

it would be?
Only train
a little and compete more.

I am quite the active
person in other sports

Any of
Tiger Woods, Major victories.

influenced your sporting career the most?
My last coach Eric
Kramer has been my biggest influence on my sporting career and without
him I would not be the swimmer I am today or I wouldn’t be the swimmer
I will become.
