1. What is your most memorable moment in sport?
OUA’s in 2006 and Junior Nationals in 2004.

2. What is your most embarrassing moment in sport?
None.

3. What is the best part about playing sports at Laurentian University?

My teammates.

4. What are your pre-game rituals?

Focus on the race, stretch and listen to music.

5. What is your favorite pre-game meal?
         

Pasta.


6. Do you play any other sports?

None.


7. You love swimming because…
It pushes me to my limits.

8. What is the motto you live by?
Eat, sleep, swim.

9. Advice you would give a young swimmer?

Just keep swimming, it only gets better.

10. If you could change one thing about swimming, it would be?

Being on deck at 5 a.m. for practice.

11. What is your best non-athletic talent?

Dancing to the song “My Humps”!

12. What is your favorite thing about Sudbury?

The Olympic Gold pool.

13. If there were one word to describe you, it would be?
Determined.


14. If you could witness one moment in history, it would be?

None.


15. Who has influenced your soccer career the most?

My parents, teammates and coaches.
 

 


1. What is your most memorable moment in sport?

Qualifying for my first provincials when I was 9 years old, and winning a medal that year.

2. What is your most embarrassing moment in sport?
I was standing behind the blocks getting ready for a race, I took off my shorts then realized that I forgot to put my swimsuit on.

3. What is the best part about playing sports at Laurentian University?
The team is very close, and you are in a great environment.

4. What are your pre-game rituals?
Listening to my iPod and visualizing my race.

5. What is your favorite pre-game meal?          
Large coffee from Tim Horton’s and an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese.

6. Do you play any other sports?
I used to play rugby and cricket.

7. You love swimming because…
Constant pressure, always room to improve and always presents a great challenge.

8. What is the motto you live by?
Eat, Sleep, Swim.

9. Advice you would give a young swimmer?
Never give up.

10. If you could change one thing about swimming,  it would be?
Make morning practices a little later, so I don’t have to wake up at 4:25 a.m.

11. What is your best non-athletic talent?           
Singing in the shower.

12. What is your favorite thing about Sudbury?    The Townhouse Tavern.

13. If there were one word to describe you, it would be?
Goofy.

14. If you could witness one moment in history, it would be?
Just to meet Michealangelo and Leonardo Di Vinci.

15. Who has influenced your golf career the most?
Sasa “Alex” Baumann and Ian Thorpe.
