Make it 18 young hockey prospects who will don the Sudbury U18 AAA Wolves' jersey in GNML (Great North U18 League) play this winter after head coach Brian Dickinson confirmed his final five signings following a week of intense tryouts at the Gerry McCrory Countryside Sports Complex.

While most of the squad had already been finalized with a mix of local and out of town talent, it was clearly Sudbury and area players who were at the forefront these past two nights.

Forwards Corey Lacroix, Nico Labrecque, Adam Urso, Cameron Vehkala and Keynan Kydd round out the grouping up front while Rowan Smith secured the final spot on the blueline as the Wolves prepare to travel to Waterloo next weekend for a three game exhibition set.

Sudbury will open against the host Waterloo Wolves before taking on the Markham Majors and Niagara North Stars as league play now does not commence until the very end of September.
